Thanasis Dogoritis is a banking and finance lawyer with experience advising on leveraged, funds, project, and general corporate finance matters. Thanasis has represented financial institutions, private capital funds, sponsors, and corporates on a range of financing transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Thanasis acted for global private credit funds and financial institutions on the up to AU$1 billion unitranche financing to TPG Capital's acquisition of InvoCare; the lenders to the owner and operator of an Australian export coal rail network on their financing arrangements; and various funds and financiers on funds financings, including financings to Global Infrastructure Partners.
