Kyle Deakins represents clients through all aspects of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts.
Kyle has experience developing and summarizing extensive factual records for presentation to government regulatory bodies including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), conducting complex legal research to advise clients on the applicability of changing legal standards, and drafting briefs and motions to contest legal issues at various stages of a lawsuit.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Kyle served two judicial clerkships.

- Pennsylvania, New York, District of Columbia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland
