Laura focuses on commercial arbitration and cross-border and domestic litigation, particularly in disputes arising from corporate transactions, insolvency and recovery matters, shareholder and governance conflicts, post-acquisition issues, and executive liability. She also advises on general commercial contract and tort disputes.
