Edoardo Corò regularly assists public and private companies, multinational groups, and investment funds on M&A transactions and corporate law matters. He works on domestic and multijurisdictional M&A deals involving the acquisition or sale of target companies or groups operating in various industry sectors, including biochemicals, manufacturing, health care, and paperboard.
Edoardo has substantial experience in foreign direct investment (FDI) matters under applicable Italian FDI regulations. He has worked on several filings with the Italian government office in connection with deals in the health care, data protection, agriculture, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications sectors.
