Fernando Bolaños advises domestic and international clients on a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes advising sponsors, investors, family offices, and developers in connection with joint ventures, real estate private equity fund formation and operation, and the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of real estate assets across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, infrastructure, industrial, and data centers.
Fernando also has experience representing Spanish-speaking and Latin American clients in domestic and cross-border commercial real estate and investment transactions.
