Olivia Worthington represents clients in a broad range of matters, including qui tam actions, contractual disputes, products liability claims, toxic torts, and construction litigation.

Olivia is currently a member of a team defending AeroGrow International, its directors, and its majority stockholder and corporate affiliates in a stockholder class action arising from AeroGrow's acquisition by its majority stockholder. In addition, she is currently defending a large technical professional services firm in a tort mass action arising from alleged exposure to hazardous materials at a chemical manufacturing plant. She was also part of a team that asserted, and ultimately favorably resolved, claims for breach of an asset purchase agreement on behalf of a leading indoor and hydroponic gardening company.

Olivia maintains an active pro bono practice. As part of Jones Day's Border Project, she was a member of a team that obtained dismissal of removal proceedings for two sisters seeking asylum. She is currently involved in Jones Day's initiative to combat human trafficking. She represents clients in human trafficking expungement cases and is a leader in putting on the annual Columbus Start Anew clinic, which provides resources to meet the immediate needs of survivors.
