Adam Wolinsky advises clients on a broad range of debt finance transactions with a particular focus on leveraged finance and fund finance.
Adam has worked on a wide variety of debt finance matters, acting for private equity sponsors, investment banks, commercial banks, funds, and corporates.
He has broad experience in the leveraged finance space with a particular focus on infrastructure, acting on complex multijurisdictional acquisition financings and refinancings across many industries.
Adam also has significant fund finance experience with a special emphasis on subscription line facilities. He also has worked on various structured finance transactions, among other matters.
In addition, Adam spent nine months on secondment supporting the multistrategy investing desk at Goldman Sachs.
