Wayne Ritter represents companies, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions in commercial lending transactions. He has experience with various types of financing transactions, including asset-based financings; subordinated, second-lien, and mezzanine facilities; acquisition-related financings; and cross-border and multicurrency transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Wayne clerked for Chief Judge Algenon L. Marbley of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Before attending law school, he worked in financial services and higher education.
