Anthony Rose advises on a wide variety of finance, corporate, and restructuring transactions and disputes.
Anthony works for a diverse range of parties such as lenders, debtors, private equity sponsors, and insolvency office holders. His experience spans a broad array of equity and debt transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and restructurings whether by way of informal workout transactions or through formal processes. Recent experience includes advising an international infrastructure fund in relation to a high-profile restructuring in the utilities sector and a sponsor in relation to the refinancing of a NYSE-listed aerospace company.
Anthony also has advised insolvency office holders on the investigation of potential claims arising out of director misconduct (including misfeasance and wrongful trading).
In addition to UK matters, Anthony has experience in complex, cross-border matters covering a variety of jurisdictions, in particular the United States and Europe.
