Eric Leis represents clients at all stages of complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. He has experience in developing factual records through discovery, researching complex legal issues, and drafting briefs and motions.

Eric is currently defending a major pharmaceutical retailer in a case brought by the Department of Justice alleging violations of the Controlled Substances Act.

Active in his community, Eric is an alumnus of the Leadership Pittsburgh Community Leadership Course for Veterans and a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Federal Courts Council. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on religious liberty and immigration.
