Evan Kowalski focuses his practice on advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions. He counsels clients in a range of industries, including automotive, entertainment, labor management, financial services, and consumer products. He also advises clients in connection with general corporate governance and activism defense matters.

Evan is coauthor of "Hybrid Conflicts and Effective Leadership Training," 3 Journal of Military Learning 74 (2019) and "Type I vs. Type II: Delaware Courts Discuss Enforceability of Preliminary Agreements," 76 Vanderbilt Law Review En Banc 125 (2023).

Prior to attending law school, Evan served in the United States Army as a logistics and operations officer where he served in Germany and Virginia.
