Debbie Chen advises public and private companies on corporate law matters. She has represented clients in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and SEC compliance. In addition, she has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters and legal opinions.

Debbie has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including medical devices, agriculture, and technology. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising nonprofits on corporate governance matters and representing survivors of human trafficking in obtaining various forms of relief.
