Nick Braamburg is a corporate lawyer with a strong focus on private equity and cross-border M&A. He advises leading private equity firms, financial investors, and corporates on complex domestic and international transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, management and leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, (venture capital) investments, and real estate transactions.

Nick regularly advises on technology M&A transactions and transactions in the manufacturing, chemicals, life sciences, and consumer goods industries. In addition, Nick has significant experience in the real estate sector, having started his career as a real estate lawyer. His work in this sector includes direct and indirect real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Nick practiced at another top-tier international law firm.
