Kyrsten Baker is a commercial litigator with experience acting for corporations and high net worth individuals in a number of complex disputes involving breach of contract, insolvency, breach of confidence, and fraud.
Kyrsten's recent experience includes acting on behalf of a multinational natural resources company in relation to allegations of harassment, trespass, and breaches of data protection legislation regarding allegedly unlawful surveillance activities and advising a high net worth property developer in claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and deceit arising in the context of a joint venture arrangement. She has also recently advised a medical device manufacturer regarding threatened claims of breach of data protection legislation, misuse of private information, and breach of confidence as a result of unlawful third-party access to information relating to its employees; a large residential landlord with respect to the implementation of remedial cladding works; and an investment company concerning alleged breaches of a fund-raising agreement.
