Kaytlan Anderson's practice focuses on transactions and compliance counseling, including labor and employment, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters.
Kaytlan provides clients with strategic advice on compliance with state, federal, and global privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act. She also advises client on cyber investigations, notifications, and other related obligations.
Kaytlan maintains an active pro bono practice. She is committed to diversity and inclusion within the legal industry and mentors underrepresented undergraduate and law students.
