Quinn Wilojanapa advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border matters in a range of industries, including automotive, health care, consumer products, and technology. In addition, she has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters and shareholder engagement.
Recently, Quinn assisted with Bora Pharmaceuticals' acquisition of the GMP manufacturing operations of MacroGenics (Nasdaq: MGNX) for $122.5 million cash.
Quinn also maintains an active pro bono practice and is involved with the Pittsburgh Start Anew Clinic, which brings together community partners to provide job readiness, financial literacy, and other resources for survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.
