Noah Wilson focuses his practice on intellectual property, emphasizing patent and trade secret litigation. He has worked on matters for clients in several district courts across the country, as well as in various arbitrations. Noah's technical background allows him to assist clients in the chemical, medical device, mechanical, software, and life science industries. Prior to joining Jones Day, he prosecuted patents for a wide array of clients in such fields.
Noah also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has assisted clients via the Firm's Border Project in immigration proceedings. Additionally, he has successfully represented veterans at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and is regularly involved with Atlanta Legal Aid. Noah is currently the co-chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Atlanta Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
