Andreas Wuylens has significant experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He represents buyers and sellers across a wide range of M&A mandates, including strategic and private equity-driven acquisitions and exits, auction processes, carve-outs, distressed transactions, and asset deals. In addition to his transactional practice, Andreas counsels clients on restructurings, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate governance and corporate law matters.

He recently advised the Seyntex shareholders on the sale of a majority stake in the company to a consortium led by the French investment fund Ceres Industries Capital. Prior to joining Jones Day, Andreas advised, among others, Gedeon Richter on its distressed €175 million acquisition of Mithra Pharmaceuticals' E4 platform, Betsson on its €125 million acquisition of betFIRST, and Lakeland Dairies on its acquisition of De Brandt's European butterfat business. He also advised private equity houses Parcom on its acquisition of meat processor Vleeswaren De Keyser and Ufenau Capital Partners on its acquisition of equine clinic Veterinary Innovation Alliance.
