Christine Van Gallebaert est spécialisée en matière de titrisation, covered bonds, fonds de dettes et plus généralement de financement adossés à des actifs financiers de toute nature (créances commerciales, prêts immobiliers résidentiels (RMBS), prêts immobiliers commerciaux (CMBS), créances sur personnes publiques, prêts à la consommation, créances en défaut).

Christine Van Gallebaert a récemment mis en place plusieurs fonds d’investissement français agréé comme “Fonds Européen d’Investissement Long Terme” (ELTIF) par l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) pour octroyer des prêts en direct aux PME européennes. Elle a également conseillé l'initiateur, l'arrangeur ou les lead managers dans le cadre de nombreuses opérations de titrisation "STS" (simple, transparente et standardisée), depuis l’entrée en application, le 1er janvier 2019, du règlement européen n°2017/2402 du 12 décembre 2017 créant un cadre général pour la titrisation ainsi qu’un cadre spécifique pour les titrisations simples, transparentes et standardisées. Elle intervient régulièrement sur des dossiers de titrisation de créances commerciales couvrant plusieurs juridictions (USA, Canada, Europe).

Elle enseigne la titrisation dans le cadre du Master 2 Pro Droit bancaire et financier de l’Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne depuis 2009.

  • Pristine manages securitization fund refinancing football club Olympique LyonnaisJones Day assisted Pristine SAS, as asset manager, in connection with the innovative refinancing of the football club Olympique Lyonnais via assets backed notes issued by a French fonds commun de titrisation “FCT OL StadCo”.
