Rémy Trabelsi exerce dans le domaine du droit des sociétés et des valeurs mobilières, en se concentrant sur les opérations réalisées sur les marchés de capitaux. Il conseille les émetteurs et les institutions financières sur un large éventail d'opérations complexes comme les introductions en bourse, les émissions de titres de capital ou de créances, les opérations de fusions et les offres publiques d'achat, ainsi que sur les obligations d'information périodique et permanente des émetteurs. Plus généralement, Rémy Trabelsi couvre l'ensemble des questions liées au droit des sociétés, y compris les sujets de gouvernance, et dispose d'une connaissance approfondie des réglementations européennes et françaises.

Depuis son arrivée chez Jones Day en 2021, Rémy Trabelsi a conseillé des émetteurs et des syndicats bancaires dans le cadre de diverses opérations impliquant des augmentations de capital (Nanobiotix, Forsee Power, Carbios, et Voltalia) ainsi que des introductions en bourse (Forsee Power, Waga Energy et Lhyfe). Il a également été impliqué dans la cotation d'EUROAPI (spin-off de Sanofi) et dans des opérations complexes de fusions ou d’acquisitions telles que des offres publiques d'achat (Europcar, NextStage SCA) ou encore le de-SPAC (special-purpose acquisition company) de Transition avec Arverne Group. En outre, Rémy Trabelsi conseille régulièrement des sociétés cotées en France sur leurs obligations d'information périodique et permanente et sur leurs problématiques ESG (environnementales, sociales et de gouvernance), avec un accent particulier sur les questions de gouvernance.

Avant de rejoindre Jones Day, Rémy Trabelsi a exercé au sein de cabinets d'avocats français et internationaux et a travaillé au sein du département juridique de sociétés cotées.
