Kalysa To represents employers in complex labor and employment matters involving class actions, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination claims, and other matters arising under federal and state employment laws.
Kalysa has experience with many aspects of litigation, including pleadings, fact investigation, and motion practice.
Kalysa maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing victims of domestic violence in obtaining various forms of relief and representing clients seeking habeas relief.
In law school, Kalysa worked as a teaching assistant for administrative law & regulatory policy and as a research assistant and participated in USC's Intellectual Property & Technology Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Kalysa worked as a human resources professional for employers ranging from emerging companies to large organizations.
