Oliver Streicher joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2025. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day. Oliver will be focusing on mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Oliver gained broad experience in corporate law while working at an international law firm abroad.

  • Gülermak Renewables acquires three solar energy development projects in GermanyJones Day advised Gülermak Renewables in its acquisition of a portfolio of three solar energy development projects in Germany from Orrön Energy, with a combined estimated installed capacity of 234 MW.
  • Portage Ventures (Sagard) leads €14 million Series A financing of KertosJones Day advised Portage Ventures (Sagard) as lead investor in the Series A financing of Kertos GmbH, the creators of an all-in-one compliance solution for the fully automated implementation of European data protection regulations and information security frameworks.
