Spécialiste des opérations de private equity qu’il pratique depuis plus de 20 ans, David Swinburne intervient plus particulièrement dans les opérations de LBO mid-cap et large cap, les cessions et acquisitions d’infrastructures, et les restructurations financières de LBO dans le cadre ou en amont de procédures judiciaires. Il assiste par ailleurs de grandes entreprises dans leurs cessions d’actifs non stratégiques à des acteurs du private equity, ainsi qu’en matière de joint ventures ou de litiges relatifs aux pactes d’actionnaires.

David Swinburne est intervenu sur de nombreuses transactions majeures parmi lesquelles l’assistance apportée aux fonds Macquarie dans le cadre de la syndication de leurs participations dans les groupes Pisto et APRR ; le conseil à Cyrus Capital Partners sur l’acquisition des activités françaises de Toys R Us et leur combinaison avec le groupe Picwictoys ; le conseil à OVH Groupe lors de l’ouverture de son capital à KKR et Towerbrook et lors de l’acquisition subséquente par OVH de l’activité cloud de VMware aux Etats-Unis et en Europe ; le conseil à Nestlé SA pour la cession de Davigel à Brakesv (Bain Capital), ou encore le conseil à Alcentra et Barings lors des restructurations financières du groupe Vivarte.
