Priscilla Rojas Zavala advises Spanish and international clients on complex corporate and transactional matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions. She regularly represents multinational companies, investors, and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as in corporate restructurings and commercial agreements.

Priscilla has experience advising clients across a broad range of industries, including energy and infrastructure, telecommunications, investment funds, and food and beverage. She has developed particular experience in the renewable energy sector in Spain, assisting international investors and developers in the acquisition and development of solar and wind energy projects, as well as in portfolio transactions involving renewable energy assets.

She frequently collaborates with multidisciplinary and cross-border teams within Jones Day's global network, coordinating complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions and providing strategic legal advice throughout all stages of a transaction. She also spent six months working in the Firm's London Office.

In addition to her transactional practice, Priscilla is actively involved in the Firm's pro bono initiatives and serves as a member of the Pro Bono Committee of the Madrid Office, supporting projects that expand access to justice.
