Kate Ross represents clients in a wide range of employment matters and transactions, drawing on a background in the federal and state administrative and regulatory arena.

Kate's practice encompasses claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as well as labor and employment issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Kate is also committed to pro bono service. She is an active participant in the Firm's Human Trafficking Survivors Clinic and played a key role in drafting an amicus brief submitted to the Second Circuit.
