Jan Reiter advises corporate and private equity clients on M&A, capital markets, and general corporate transactions.
Jan's practice encompasses private and public M&A, delistings, initial public offerings (IPO), as well as spin-offs. He also advises issuers and banks on bond issuances. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Jan's representations included CVC on its public takeover of CompuGroup Medical, Continental on its spin-off of Vitesco Technologies, TRATON on its IPO, and the underwriters on the IPO of Knorr Bremse. In the area of debt capital markets, his representations included Infineon Technologies on its hybrid bond issuances.
In addition to his prior international law firm experience, Jan completed a secondment at Goldman Sachs, where he was involved in M&A and capital markets transactions.
