Bea Ramon joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2024. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day.
In law school, Bea interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Ghana Project Clinic on socioeconomic and enterprise development and as a clinical student for the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic.
Prior to law school, Bea worked in the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C.; with the Legal Aid Society in West Palm Beach, Florida; and for the Office of the City Manager in Gainesville, Florida.
Bea was born in Cuba and is a native Spanish speaker.
