Anne-Sophie Perraut est spécialisée en droit français et européen de la concurrence et assiste également régulièrement des clients sur des problématiques de droit européen et français de la régulation, notamment dans le secteur des télécommunications.

Sa pratique couvre aussi bien le contrôle des concentrations, les aides d'Etat que les pratiques anticoncurrentielles. Anne-Sophie travaille ainsi régulièrement sur des dossiers de fusions-acquisitions transfrontières, impliquant des notifications devant plusieurs juridictions, et ce dans des industries variées (transport ferroviaire, gestion de déchets, énergie etc.).

Elle a également été impliquée sur plusieurs dossiers d'enquête complexes devant la Commission européenne et les autorités nationales de concurrence en matière d'entente et d'abus de position dominante. Elle a notamment participé à la rédaction des réponses aux demandes d’information des autorités, à la contestation des décisions des autorités devant les juridictions nationales et européennes, et à la mise en œuvre de programmes de conformité.

Anne-Sophie dispose également d’une expérience contentieuse devant les juridictions françaises et européennes, tant en droit de la concurrence qu’en droit de la régulation. Elle a notamment fait partie de l’équipe ayant représenté avec succès Biocom California dans l’affaire emblématique Illumina/Grail (C-611/22), dans laquelle la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne a invalidé la nouvelle interprétation par la Commission de l’article 22 du Règlement Concentrations visant à examiner des opérations ne franchissant pas les seuils de notification européens ou nationaux.
