Anastasia Papantoniou joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2025. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day. Anastasia will be focusing on transactional work.

  • Global secondaries fund manager obtains $75 million NAV facility for purchase of portfolio investmentsJones Day advised a global secondaries fund manager in connection with a $75 million senior secured NAV term loan facility, the proceeds of which were used to partially fund the acquisition of a portfolio of private equity fund interests.
  • Sun Communities sells UK assets to Aermont CapitalJones Day is advising Sun Communities, Inc.
