Alyssa Perez advises public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions in a range of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, health care, software, and technology. Alyssa also has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters and shareholder engagement.

Alyssa's recent experience includes advising The Procter & Gamble Company in its $3.8 billion acquisition of Thorne and West Pharmaceutical Services in its $112.5 million sale to AbbVie.

Alyssa was also a member of the teams that advised Boviet Solar Technology in its sale to INOX Solar Americas ($750 million); VSE Corporation in its acquisition of Aero 3, a diversified global MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) service provider ($350 million); and Kraken in its acquisition of NinjaTrader ($1.5 billion).
