Ernie Oleksy is an intellectual property lawyer who assists clients with litigation and regulatory counseling matters involving technologies ranging from artificial intelligence (AI), medical devices, fintech, and computer software.
Ernie has a focus on patent litigation and has experience in various stages of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, drafting dispositive motions, and depositions.
Utilizing his technical skills and prior to entering his law career, Ernie co-founded an AI company that provided academic support to medical students and law students.
