Chase Nielsen represents clients in connection with a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing. His experience includes advising institutional investors, private equity funds, operators, investment managers, and developers in complex transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. Chase's work spans all stages of the deal cycle, from due diligence and contract negotiation to closing and post-closing matters.

He also handles the real estate components of corporate acquisitions and dispositions, coordinating with multidisciplinary deal teams to address property-related issues and ensure efficient transaction execution.
