Mohamed Mahjoubi est membre de la pratique Projet & Infrastructure de Jones Day. Il représente et conseille les investisseurs internationaux, les sociétés nationales, les Etats africains, ainsi que les sponsors de projets et les institutions financières notamment dans le développement et le financement de projets en Afrique.

Mohamed Mahjoubi possède une vaste expérience dans plusieurs jurisdictions et plus particulièrement en Afrique du Nord et dans les pays de la zone OHADA. Il a eu l’occasion de conseiller de nombreux investisseurs internationaux dans le cadre de leurs projets d’implantation, d’acquisition, de développement et de restructuration. Il dispose à ce titre d’une très bonne connaissance de l’environnement legislative et règlementaire de ces pays.

Mohamed Mahjoubi est également familier avec les problématiques fiscales des projets en Afrique, notamment la structuration fiscale et l'optimisation des profits.
