Elaine Lee is a litigator with experience in intellectual property and complex civil matters, focusing on patent and trade secret disputes. Drawing upon a multidisciplinary background and skill set, Elaine has represented clients in various stages of litigation.
Elaine also maintains an active pro bono practice. Her recent experience includes securing a restraining order for a domestic violence survivor and drafting a federal appellate amicus brief for an individual seeking relief under the Convention Against Torture.
Prior to practicing law, Elaine worked in the pharmaceutical industry, where she concentrated on engineering documentation for drug and other products.
