Gabrielle Kasher's practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters, including merger reviews, government investigations, and corporate counseling. She advises clients across a range of industries, including technology, health care, pharmaceuticals, private equity, consumer products, and industrials, on the antitrust aspects of complex transactions and regulatory matters.
Gabrielle regularly advises clients on the antitrust aspects of domestic mergers and acquisitions, including pre-transaction risk assessment, Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR) filings, government investigations, and advocacy before enforcement agencies. Her recent experience includes representing Zayo Group Holdings in the antitrust aspects of its $3.7 billion acquisition of Crown Castle's fiber business; The Boeing Company in its $8.3 billion acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems; Corpay, Inc. in its $2.2 billion take-private transaction with TPG for AvidXchange Holdings; Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. in its $7.5 billion all-stock merger with Xylem Inc.; Horizon Global Corporation in its merger with First Brands Group; and TopBuild Corp. in its $1.0 billion acquisition of Specialty Products and Insulation.
