J'Niah Johnston represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, with experience handling claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and various other federal and state laws.
J'Niah has experience advising clients on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She also has experience performing employment-related diligence and advising on labor and employment issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions.
J'Niah maintains an active pro bono practice and is currently involved in Jones Day's initiative to combat human trafficking.
