Il conseille des clients nationaux et internationaux sur des opérations privées, nationales et transfrontalières, et possède également une expérience en conseil auprès d'investisseurs institutionnels dans le cadre du droit des sociétés, des transactions immobilières et du capital-investissement.

Avant de rejoindre Jones Day en 2023, Nils Hülsenbeck a travaillé dans un cabinet d’avocats Magic Circle au Luxembourg où il a conseillé sur des questions de droit des sociétés, de fusions-acquisitions nationales et transfrontalières, de restructurations de groupes d’entreprises et sur la mise en place de structures de capital-investissement.
