Céline Hoffmann's practice is focused on capital markets and banking. She supports international clients, including corporations, investors, and investment banks, in a variety of transactional and regulatory matters. Her practice includes assisting with capital market transactions, financing structures, and advising on financial regulatory frameworks.

While earning her second state exam, Céline completed her legal clerkship in the capital markets practice of an international law firm. She also worked as a legal researcher in Jones Day's Frankfurt Office, where she gained experience in financial market matters and corporate law.
