Paige Goedderz represents employers in single-plaintiff and class action matters involving wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.

Paige's experience spans all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through motion practice and discovery. She prepares dispositive and class certification briefing in federal and state courts and helps develop the record to narrow or defeat claims. She supports fact development, manages written discovery, and coordinates with internal stakeholders to align litigation strategy with business objectives. She also assists employers with compliance counseling and risk management, including arbitration agreements and class action waivers. Additionally, she helps employers navigate California-specific employment laws and advises on and defends claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Paige maintains an active pro bono practice focused on survivor advocacy, including representing victims of domestic violence in efforts to vacate arrests and convictions connected to their abuse and partners with community organizations to help clients secure lasting relief and other significant resources.
