Steven Entsminger practices in the areas of M&A and private equity, representing public and private companies in domestic and cross-border business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, and divestitures. He also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters.

The private equity clients with which Steven has worked include Agility Equity Partners, Inspirit Equity, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, and The Riverside Company.

In addition, Steven has had a significant role in transactions for JENSEN-GROUP, Materion, The Timken Company, and TopBuild.
