Sam Casey is a technology transactions lawyer who advises public and private companies, private equity firms, venture investors, and financial institutions on the intellectual property and technology aspects of licensing, M&A, private equity, and financing transactions.
Sam supports clients in drafting and negotiating licensing and assignment agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, and influencer agreements. She routinely conducts IP due diligence in complex corporate transactions. Sam counsels clients across many industries, including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, apparel, technology, entertainment, consumer products, and travel.
Sam also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum through the Firm's Border Project and assisting domestic violence victims with applications for temporary restraining orders.
