Claudia Cornelison joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2025. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day.
Claudia maintains a robust pro bono practice that spans a wide range of civil and immigration matters. She has represented tenants in disputes with their landlords, advocated for asylum-seekers at various stages of their proceedings, and assisted individuals pursuing federal habeas and post-conviction relief.
