Adrienne Culver practices corporate law, with a focus on public and private M&A. She advises public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex and strategic transactions. She has experience advising clients across various industries, including retail, health care, biotechnology, and manufacturing.

Adrienne maintains an active pro bono practice and is a member of the board of directors of AWARE Wildlife Center.
