Naoufel Boudouda focuses his practice on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He advises French and international companies, both public and private, and investment funds on complex domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, with a particular focus on leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Naoufel practiced for two years at an international law firm, where he advised clients on various strategic transactions.
