Florent Bouyer dispose d’une expertise importante en marchés de capitaux et M&A coté. Il intervient auprès des émetteurs ou des banques conseils dans le cadre d’OPA/OPE et d’opérations de marché (introductions en bourse, augmentations de capital, émissions obligataires convertibles, échangeables ou « sèches », placements privés, transactions de blocs, dual listings, delistings). Il couvre plus généralement toutes les problématiques liées au droit des sociétés ou à la réglementation AMF ainsi que les questions de corporate governance.

Récemment, Florent Bouyer est intervenu aux côtés d'émetteurs cotés ou d'institutions financières dans le cadre d’opérations réalisées par Tikehau, Selectirente, Genfit, SOITEC, Voltalia, Figeac Aero (augmentations de capital), Nacon, BOOSTHEAT, Tikehau Capital, NextStage ou Criteo (introductions en bourse), Ingenico, CGG, Neopost, Assystem (titres convertibles) ou Orange (obligations).

Il est également intervenu dans de nombreuses opérations de M&A coté (ADP, Assystem, Atmel, Bombardier/Alstom, Officiis Properties, Procter & Gamble, Safran/Zodiac, Société Générale, Stallergenes, Wabtec/Faiveley).
