Georgia Bridgen practices corporate law in the areas of M&A, private equity, and real estate private equity. She has experience acting for public and private companies, sponsors, and fund vehicles on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reorganizations, and general corporate matters.

Georgia has acted for various clients including Greystar, Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, LondonMetric Property, True Capital, and Sun Communities.

Georgia is currently on a client secondment at Greystar.
