Inga Weiberg focuses on advising national and international companies in the areas of real estate law and real estate financing. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions such as the acquisition and sale of real estate and real estate portfolios, their development and management, and the financing of commercial real estate, project developments, and residential real estate portfolios.
She has in-depth knowledge of property law, land register law, and leasehold and tenancy law. Her practice focuses on advising buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, in particular buyer and seller due diligence, and advising on general real estate law issues, including hereditary building rights and commercial tenancy and lease law.
Inga also advises on the drafting of contracts involving asset, property, and facility management and in the sale and leaseback of real estate. She has extensive knowledge of real estate financing and advises family offices and asset managers as well as German and foreign financial institutions and other capital providers and borrowers.
Her work also includes the assessment of complex real estate matters in connection with international M&A transactions. As part of her pro bono work, Inga provided legal support and refugee assistance to refugees and asylum seekers on the island of Lesbos, Greece.
