James Stinehart advises clients on venture, strategic M&A, and private equity deals. His practice focuses on providing corporate counsel to life sciences and technology companies, both public and private, as well as their investors and acquirers.

The clients that James represents include public companies, emerging growth companies in the life sciences and technology sectors, private equity funds, corporate venture capital (CVC) investors, and venture capital funds.

James also works with international clients and Chinese legal counsel on cross-border transactions that require CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States) counseling.
