La práctica de Blanca Puyol abarca un profundo conocimiento académico de derecho corporativo con amplia experiencia en operaciones internacionales, reestructuraciones corporativas y joint ventures. Durante más de 20 años ha asesorado a compañías nacionales y multinacionales en una variedad de asuntos corporativos, incluidos los deberes y responsabilidades de administradores y directivos. También actúa como Secretaria del Consejo de Administración de muchos clientes del despacho.

Blanca asesora en relación con las medidas que está adoptando el gobierno español en cuestiones de carácter societario (términos para aprobar acuerdos sociales o decisiones sobre distribución de dividendos), operaciones de M&A en situaciones especiales, acuerdos sobre condiciones de cierre y cláusulas de fuerza mayor, y en autorizaciones de inversión extranjera en España.

Blanca ha asesorado a clientes de numerosos sectores como fabricación, construcción, energía y comercio minorista. Gran parte de la experiencia reciente de Blanca se ha centrado en telecomunicaciones e internet, incluida la adquisición valorada en $ 432 millones por parte de Orange del proveedor de servicios de internet Ya.com de Deutsche Telecom AG, la venta por valor de $ 742 millones por parte de Trader Classified Media a Schibsted de sus activos europeos y latinoamericanos, y la adquisición por parte de Entravision Communications Corporation de Headway, un proveedor líder de soluciones de marketing digital en América Latina, Estados Unidos y España.

Blanca imparte clases sobre la responsabilidad de los administradores de sociedades en el Master de Asesoría Jurídica del Instituto de Empresa. Ha sido profesora de Derecho Mercantil en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Complutense (Madrid). Es colaboradora permanente en las siguientes revistas: Revista de Derecho de Sociedades (Editorial Aranzadi) y Revista de Derecho Bancario y Bursátil (Editorial Lex-Nova), y ponente en conferencias y seminarios.
