Michael Ng is experienced in advising on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions and strategic joint ventures across Europe and the Asia Pacific region, with a particular focus in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Michael regularly advises private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds, independent energy companies, and multinational corporations. Michael recently advised a global asset manager on the sale of a portfolio of telecommunication towers in the Philippines and a global real estate investor in the acquisition of a portfolio of real estate assets in Singapore. Prior to joining Jones Day, Michael practiced at international firms in London and in Singapore, where he advised on a joint venture to develop, construct, and operate an initial 1.2 GW, multitechnology renewable power portfolio in India.
